Data we collect
Identity and contact details (first name, last name, email, WhatsApp, country of residence, nationality); process data (eligibility-test answers, areas of interest, motivations); supporting documents you choose to send us (identity documents, civil-status records, proof of ancestry, etc.); technical browsing data (audience measurement).
Purposes and legal bases
Assessing your eligibility and contacting you back (pre-contractual measures / consent); supporting your nationality, travel or investment process (performance of the contract); connecting you with the partners required for your service (performance of contract / legitimate interest); sending you the newsletter only with your consent, revocable at any time.
Recipients
Your data is processed by the BENINOW team and, where necessary, by our trusted partners (notaries, legal advisors, travel and administrative providers), strictly for the relevant purpose and under a duty of confidentiality. We use technical processors (host, email service). We never sell your data.
International transfers
Given our activity, your data may be processed in Benin and, through our technical providers, within the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and, where applicable, for the legally required period. Sensitive documents are kept only as long as strictly necessary for your process, then deleted or anonymised.
